How to measure for your bra

Before you start: Put on a soft, non-wired, non-padded bra or crop top so your bust sits in its natural shape. You’ll also need a flexible tape measure.

Step 1: Measure your underbust

Place the tape measure under your bust, where your bra band would sit, with the “0” at the centre of your front.
Wrap the tape all the way around your ribcage so it meets back at the front (the tape should feel snug but not digging in).
Note this number down in inches (this is your underbust measurement).

Step 2: Measure your bust

Keeping the tape at the centre of your chest, move it up so it sits around the fullest part of your bust.
Wrap the tape around your back and back to the front again (it should sit comfortably without squashing your bust).
Note this number down in inches too (this is your bust measurement). You’ll use both measurements (underbust + bust) to find your size on our size chart.
