To help ensure you receive a genuine Niparons product in its original packaging, we recommend purchasing only through authorised Niparons channels.

Authorised Niparons channels

Niparons products are currently authorised for sale through:

  • Amazon UK (amazon.co.uk), where the seller is Niparons or Bellfounded Technology Ltd

Why authorised channels matter

Because Niparons products are designed to be worn directly on the skin, we recommend purchasing only through known and authorised channels, so you can be confident you are receiving a genuine product in its original packaging with access to relevant product information and customer support.

When you purchase through an authorised Niparons channel, we can verify the sales route and assist you with product questions, order support and any applicable customer service issue relating to your purchase.

Purchases from unauthorised sellers

We strongly recommend purchasing Niparons products only through authorised channels.

Products offered by unauthorised sellers, marketplace resellers, liquidation channels, auction sites, second-hand platforms or unknown third parties may be counterfeit, opened, damaged, altered, relabelled, repackaged, incorrectly stored, previously handled, or supplied without relevant Niparons product information.

Niparons cannot verify products purchased from unauthorised sellers.

For products purchased outside authorised channels, we may be unable to confirm:

  • whether the product is genuine;

  • whether the product has remained sealed and unused;

  • whether the product has been opened, handled, damaged, relabelled, repackaged or altered;

  • how the product has been stored or transported after leaving an authorised sales channel;

  • whether the product has been exposed to heat, humidity, contamination or other unsuitable conditions;

  • whether the product information supplied with the product is relevant and complete;

  • whether the seller is able to provide appropriate customer support.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Niparons is not responsible for issues caused by unauthorised resale, storage, handling, alteration, relabelling, repackaging, damage, contamination or supply outside our authorised channels.

Buying Niparons on Amazon

If purchasing on Amazon, please check the seller information carefully before ordering.

Only Amazon listings where the seller is Niparons or Bellfounded Technology Ltd are authorised by us.

If a third-party seller is offering Niparons products on Amazon, we may not be able to verify the product’s source, packaging history, handling history or eligibility for Niparons customer support.

Before using the product

Before using any adhesive silicone nipple covers, please check the product and packaging carefully.

Do not use the product if:

  • the packaging has been opened, damaged or tampered with;

  • the protective films are missing or disturbed;

  • the product appears contaminated, altered, discoloured or damaged;

  • the adhesive has changed texture, dried out, become unusually sticky or no longer appears suitable for use;

  • the product has an unusual appearance or a strong, unusual or concerning odour;

  • you are unsure whether the product is genuine or unused.

Store Niparons products in their original packaging, in a clean, dry place, away from excessive heat, humidity and direct sunlight.

Do not apply to broken, irritated, sunburnt or sensitive skin. Stop use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.

Customer support

If you purchased from an authorised Niparons channel and need help, please contact us with your order number and purchase details.

If you purchased from an unauthorised seller, your contract of sale and any purchase rights may be with that seller. Niparons may be unable to offer refunds, replacements, authenticity confirmation or product support for unauthorised purchases.

If you have concerns about a product carrying the Niparons name, please contact us and include:

  • where you purchased it;

  • the seller name;

  • the order number, if available;

  • photographs of the product and packaging;

  • any barcode, batch code or label information, if visible.

We take product integrity seriously and will review any concerns carefully.
